Founded in 1961, Moulsford Preparatory School is for boys aged from four to thirteen. It is situated in an enviable location on the banks of the River Thames between Streatley and Wallingford in South Oxfordshire.
As its name implies, Moulsford is a preparatory school, preparing boys for the next step in their education. We strive to ensure each boy achieves his full potential and the highest standards in all aspects of his school life. We aim to give the greatest possible opportunities to each individual, in a caring, exciting and disciplined community, where good habits become second nature. We also offer small class sizes; the pupil teacher ratio is approximately 1 to 9.
At 13 the boys leave and go on to a variety of public schools via Common Entrance or Scholarship exams. The school has enjoyed a 100% pass rate at Common Entrance and every year wins a substantial number of Academic, Music, Art, Sport and All-Rounder Awards.
Above all we want the boys to enjoy their school.
